Exchanges (Case-by-Case Basis)

  • Exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

  • If you wish to request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with packaging intact.

  • Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for exchange.

  • Exchange shipping costs (if applicable) will be the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
