This Persian Kahak village carpet, around 50–60 years old, features a fine weave with a charming mix of geometric and floral motifs. Kept in excellent condition, it showcases the craftsmanship of traditional village weaving.
Its vegetable-dyed colours have mellowed beautifully with age, creating a softer, more harmonious palette that gives the piece its distinctive character.

Most machine-made carpets in our collections come with fringes by default, though some designs do not. Product images may sometimes depict carpets without fringes for display purposes. If you prefer a carpet without fringes, please include this request in the additional comments at checkout (subject to availability). The Dorna, Isfahan, and Marvelous Collections do not have fringes, while the Cintia Collection features self-fringes. For confirmation, feel free to check with us before purchasing.
Please note that products may appear slightly different in real life due to lighting and display settings. If you would like to enquire about specific sizes, colours, or designs, feel free to drop us a message, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
To keep your carpets looking their best, vacuum regularly to remove dirt and prevent matting. Clean spills immediately by blotting gently with a clean cloth, avoiding any rubbing that might damage the fibers. Rotate your carpets periodically to ensure even fading and wear. For a deeper clean, consider professional cleaning at least once a year. ☺
